With four generations of winemaking tradition, San Antonio Winery remains the oldest and largest-producing winery in LA. Succulent silky notes of cherry and raspberry in the bouquet come from the use of highly rated Ruby Cabernet grapes. A combination of pleasant aromas, smooth sweet flavor, and mouthfeel make it tasty. Made from American Ruby Cabernet grapes and we served it chilled with grilled lamb chops marinated in white truffle oil, Herbes de Provence spices and fresh rosemary. Absolutely delicious
