Foreclosures are up from last February 2021, and up even more significant compared to last year. They will continue to increase during 2022-23 in all markets. Read on for February foreclosure rates for all 50 states.  We also included any increases and updates for March.  We are beginning with the state that had the lowest rate of foreclosure filings per housing unit to the highest ranking.

☛ 50. South Dakota
